At Pet Expertise, we want you and your furry companion to be completely satisfied with your fashion finds. If your purchase doesn't fit perfectly or meet your expectations, we offer a hassle-free return window within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached, and place them securely in the original shipping box if possible.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
